Pros

-Most executives and employees are good, hard working people. -Excellent benefits and compensation. -Bonuses for many. -Equity for upper-echelon. -Beautiful offices. -Opportunities to move to another position.

Cons

-Due to tremendously fast growth of the company, everyone is extremely busy (from execs to janitors). -Everyone is overworked and expected to do so much and to wear so many hats. There is never a slow day. -Viasat is known for its fun culture (think Google), however, with all its changes and growth over the past five years or so, the culture is not fun, the "family feel" that was once an integral part of the company's culture is pretty non-existent. -The Viasat I knew and loved for many years no longer exists. -Viasat always had a good work-life balance, that no longer exists.
