      Culture is amazing! LOVE the people I work with. Work/Life Balance is encouraged.

      The mid-level leadership is not mature for the size of the company (dependent on department), ambiguous, processes are not standardized, flat organization so upward growth is almost none existent (however, lateral movement are more common if you network and model your value).

      - Excellent new colleagues from the Inmarsat transaction - Lots of flexibility for family stuff - If you have an effective manager and they also have an effective manager, you'll likely enjoy your day-to-day

      Cons

      - Ineffective leadership which is mostly due to co-founder who is still CEO and does not have the skills, experience, or capability to lead a company of this size and in this competitive market - They hardly ever promote or provide meaningful pay increases, even if your "focal review" claims you're a top performer. Over the past 3 years, pay increases are not even on par with cost of living increase due to inflation - There's literally no strategy and there hasn't been in the several years I've worked here. We have been constantly in "strategy mode" for years and years.
