Pros

Young, international, positive environment, state of art softwares package.

Cons

If you're looking for a place to slack off, Viasat is the perfect fit! Prepare for useless, neverending, and outrageously expensive meetings where nobody has the guts to make a decision. Instead of tackling real business challenges, we waste precious time discussing irrelevant topics that have nothing to do with actual management. Our directors seem clueless about what it means to serve the customer, opting to waste time on non-profitable activities. It's like living in a fantasy land far removed from reality!
