'Burn and Churn' type company

Pros

Very competitive pay and great benefits

Cons

This is the perfect job if you are resume building and wanting to eventually work for a company who actually cares and nurtures their employee base. Viatris is the perfect example of a company who will squeeze whatever knowledge and life out of an employee with no remorse for years of service when you become expendable for younger and cheaper hires . Training is executed as a need to fulfill a requirement rather then training to advance the skills of the employee. Great at putting their best foot forward in print and slogans but miserable to actually uphold those wonderful traits they advertise to the general public.

Pros

Health insurance, dental, vision, and other benefits.

Cons

Terrible leadership. Extremely Micromanaged. Speak down to employees. Meticulously monitor activity; checking clock in and clock out times for salaried employees. Poor instructions from managers. Very unhappy culture. People who treat their employees terrible are often rewarded with promotions. Several great employees were driven out by poor treatment from management. Wasted 5 years of my life working here. No room for growth or learning opportunities. Company should have been shutdown long time ago.

supervisors are petty

Pros

there are no pros working here

Cons

Supervision is petty and will not answer any of your questions. "Training" is not professional or done in a timely manner. The trainer will be a coworker who already has their own work to do and on top of that they will take 2 weeks to get back to you on questions and feedback. I would not recommend this if it is your first time working in an office/ new grads because there will be no support or help for you to get acclimated to an office environment.
