      Wide variety of products will allow you to develop knowledge in a wide variety of requirements. Lots of work. Fast moving company. Good annual bonus.

      Cons

      Not fluid (collaborators cannot try other areas); low investment in the collaborator; no progression. The mindset is still limited for the culture that aim to be implemented.
