      Good benefits and salaries are competitive for the region. Easy access to leadership and opinions are listened too. Great place to advance your career. Easy to stand out.

      Opinions are listened too but change is slow and there is a lot of red tape. Company is actively shrinking it's US based workforce so right now everyone is just wondering what the long term outlook is.
