      Great site, its a small site (<200 employees) which means you get to interact with a lot of people

      No Pros literally. You will get only the tagline of an MNC. But it is worser than any agency.

      Cons

      If you want to ruin your career go ahead. Such a waster HR dpt. There is no benefit you will get working here. Such a bureaucratic corporate, where you will have to call your boss "Sir" all the time. You will never get any learning exposure as well. Annual hike is pathetic
