Pros

-Job itself wasn’t bad -remote except travel requirements -Pretty good health insurance -Great PTO -no vesting period for 401K

Cons

-Compensation does not reflect high expectations of travel requirements, no per diem -No work-life balance (30% travel) -This is not a role with career growth, there is no succession planning, if you are expecting to grow your career here- looks elsewhere -Job is not relevant to anything else -Low morale -regular layoffs (at least every 2 years) -no promising drugs in the pipeline (sold biologics portfolio)

Pros

Wonderful benefits especially with health care.

Cons

Too many bosses to please. Your commitment and loyalty to them is not rewarded. Layoffs every year at Mylan for 5 yrs. Executive team is out of touch with markets and their employees. Keep your resume current.

Pros

The organization has been in the midst of major transformation for many years, which could create meaningful opportunities for improvement, if managed well. There are capable employees across the company who want to contribute and move the organization forward.

Cons

Communication and culture currently feel very top-down. Employees are often expected to just listen rather than participate in shaping ideas, which can make it difficult to introduce new thinking. In a time when a company is navigating significant change, that dynamic can limit innovation and honest dialogue. The company frequently promotes leadership changes through press releases framed as major milestones. However, insiders know these announcements involve leaders who have been part of the existing structure for years, which can create a disconnect between external messaging and internal perception. There had also been considerable strategic repositioning while the company was already in the middle of a major transition. Shifting direction during an ongoing transformation has only created more uncertainty internally, and employees appear hesitant to speak openly about concerns. Overall morale appears low.
