      competitive salary, company car, benefits

      Cons

      toxic working environment, poor leadership, minimal opportunity for advancement, ineffective communication, no experience in commercial pharmaceutical space, zero communication with sales force, inadequate support, minimal resources, expect layoffs with zero warning and inadequate offerings to those displaced. Overall a terrible company to work for!

      Mangement is rejects from legacy companies. Great talent won't join VRTS. They think they can develop novel drugs with a generics infrastructure.
