      Viber's Hiring Process

      Pros

      During the hiring process, I talked to several people from different Levels. All of them where extremely kind, the interviews were mainly conversational and the Interviewers were not trying to challenge me or stress me out. HR was super responsive and supportive and tried to make the process as smooth as possible.

      Cons

      The interview process was a bit long. I would recommend merging a few stages together.
