      Pros

      Excellent, collaborative culture made up of talented individuals around the world. It's the first company I have worked for where absolutely everyone, no matter their role in the company, is passionate about the product and all work together to drive it's success - no small for thing for a company with employees spread all over the world.

      Cons

      Can feel a little slow sometimes to get competitive developments out and not as fast paced as we probably should be.
