      Pros

      Really enjoying my time at Viber so far. The people are great, everyone is respectful and supportive, and the overall atmosphere is super positive. There’s a really good work-life balance, and management is open, approachable, and communicates well with employees. Overall, it’s a fun and professional place to work.

      The open space office setting can sometimes be a bit noisy, but the overall atmosphere and people make it a great place to work.
