      Pros

      Good benefits as described. I even got a free parking when I met them in the office interviewer. We don't see that most often, and we all know how hard it is to find a free parking in the centre of Tel Aviv.

      Cons

      My expectation was set high during all the interviewing process. I did not get a concrete answer concerning the refusal of my candidacy.
