      Pros

      - Amazing work Environment. People are very friendly and helpful. - Weekly Company updates by the CEO. They make you feel like you are included in all decision making. - Great work/life balance and benefits.

      Cons

      The office is not fully functional but thats because of COVID. Really looking forward to using the Pool table during breaks :)

      People are very nice and professional A lot of the employees are around for 5+ because they feel connected to the company There were several internal promotions recently that I was happy to see

      The competing messaging apps are different from country to country. Other cons are not unique to Viber
