      Pros

      Very friendly and professional colleagues, the tasks are very different and sometimes complicated and allow to try something new, comfortable conditions for work (including office and work time).

      Cons

      I don't see any cons for now.

      Pros

      Backend team is packed with experienced, motivated and nice people. Fun ambience. It was fun working on a social/messaging platform. The field is super interesting.

      Cons

      Lots of features were abandoned prematurely, so personally I was disappointed about that.
