      Good people, investment in employees, start up ambiance so for many reasons, it fun to come to work, which is very important

      Undergoing changes, management team is not yet established and constantly changing so if youre looking to advance it may be challenging

      The main reason to work here is a team. There are a lot of great people at Viber, self motivated, smart and easygoing. One more reason is a management, that really cares about you. And of course it's encouraging to work under a product with so many users all over the world.
