My day to day decisions and actions has such an imapct and I'm proud to see my effort bear fruit. The people around ma are always supportive and helpful and the team spirit is high. The company keeps the hybrid work model which is great! It really supports a good work-life balance and allows me to spend more time with my family. I truly appreciate the growth opportunities that the company provides. It's not just that one option of becoming a manager, but other development paths as well. I myself was promoted not long ago for exceeding in personal goals.
