Pros

It has been a huge learning experience for me to work in a team entrusted to collaboratively solve real problems. The company is invested in it's people to help you succeed in your role but there is also an enormous opportunity to make an impact. The benefits package is awesome, 100% coverage for health premiums, 3 weeks vacation + ongoing training to assist with sharpening your tools. It's great to be surrounded by smart people who can just get things done.

Cons

Pace can be very fast - so it's not for the faint of heart or someone who's not prepared to be challenged.

Pros

Vibrant has company events such as our holiday party (this year in Miami) and office events where you can tell that everyone enjoys being in each other's company. At Vibrant you have the chance to take on challenging tasks and give feedback on how the company can grow. I really like how Doug Stevenson, our CEO, really cares about our opinions and actually went around a few times to ask employees on feedback on how we can improve as a company. You don't see that in a lot of companies. Other pros are the benefits. We get our medical, dental, and vision insurance covered at 100%! They also give us a good amount of vacation and sick days. Also snacks in the office, which is a nice perk.

Cons

The communication within the business is something that can be improved. Also, you might be working a lot with someone in another office and it could be challenging to only be able to see them through video conferencing or by phone instead of in person. Time zone differences are also confusing.

Pros

While business focus is primarily on Product, Technology and Sales, employees are set up to succeed across the organization. People are valued especially those who are contibutors and demonstrate hard work and focus on solutions. The ad types and value proposition for marketers is advancing dramatically which puts the future of the company in good standing.

Cons

No 401K match or Summer Fridays
