Where do I begin...

Pros

There aren't many good things to say about this place...but I managed to think of a few. The health benefits are great, nice midtown location, and the pay is decent in comparison to a lot of other companies.

Cons

Well...if you want privacy, a family, a life outside of work, or a company where the people you work with are mature then run from this place and don't look back. I have never encountered such unprofessional individuals in one place in my career. Upper management tends to "handle" everyone who is not senior in the company as a junior level employee. There is no respect for those with experience and good ideas to improve various functions of the business. Many people have come here straight out of college and have nothing to compare the experience to. A company should not be known for the parties they throw every other week. This is not a frat house...its a place of business. The "family" atmosphere is more like your nosy mother in law that just won't leave you alone. My advice to anyone considering working here...if you have worked someplace else you will have a hard time adjusting and probably will not last.

The pay and commission structure are both fair and at the industry standard. The snacks are good in the kitchen.

Cons

Condiscending upper management. Lack of upper management support. No consideration for their employees personal time/life. Unrealistic sales goals and their position in the marketplace.
