Great Location, flexible hours, good pay.

Cons

Management at the time was completely mis guided and not helpful. Tended to be rude and condescending. Some co-workers given special treatment.

Some very good people work here. I enjoyed time with warm, friendly colleagues.

Cons

The corporate office is a cold, sterile, unwelcoming place. The CEO is unpredictable and likes to frequently launch into loud tirades for the office to hear. A toxic culture has ensued with patronizing attempts by HR to improve moral. The nail on the coffin for me was after one year, I learned people working beneath me were making much more money.

Viceroy will grow tremendously during the next few years. It creates opportunities to contribute and grow at the same pace as the company. There are great learning opportunities for anyone wanting to have a successful career in the hospitality industry. The brand is cool and relevant.
