Good Culture and business learning
Pros
1. It takes care of employee. My personal experience has been very good, enough perks and help were given to maintain my work life balance. 2. Good people, I got a chance to meet some very innovative minds with absolutely no seniority complex. I was working with really senior guys and they maintained a good respect and fun environment to work with. 3. Leadership is approachable, no one can doubt on this. I literally sat with MD to discuss my issues and future plans. Response were very positive. 4. Very good business learning, I personally learned a lot about investment banking. No other company can open you with such critical environment so soon. There is a good scope of getting yourself established as IB SME and future hold no limitation after that. 5. Payscale is much higher than usual what you get in market.
Cons
1. If you are a DB person, not much of latest implementation is there. But if investment banking is your priority then this should be ignorable.
