1. No complicated hierarchy, no top-heavy bureaucracy 2. Highly approachable and transparent management 3. Focus on individual's career growth and learning 4. Good perks and remunerations 5. Excellent work-life balance

Cons

1. Not really a con for Vichara - very weak mobile signal strength on the floor. But I think this was being worked towards before the pandemic.
