Love having the ability to make uncapped commission as well as a flexible schedule. The management team is very helpful and understanding.

Cons

When customers are demanding you have to accommodate and this can be time consuming.

Pros

Flexiable work hours. As long as you are doing the right thing they are very lenient on personal time. Good pay! Making very good money with commission strucutre. Very freindly enviroment. Ownership treats you as part of the family. Good working atmosphere where employees build friendships and help each other succeed.

Cons

health insuracance not as good as it used to be thanks to Obama Care. Hopefully now with Trump as president things will change.

Private family business with many family members destined to move into slots of authority whether or not they have the qualifications or not.
