Pros

Very stable company with great job security. The work life balance and benefits are good. The company is growing so there are plenty of interesting projects

Cons

There doesn't seem to be much interest in career development from management unless you know someone. Most motivated employees move on.

The majority of people who work here are very nice.

Cons

Doing the very minimum for covid adherence, so they are able to say they are following standards. People not putting product together should be allowed to work from home.
