As an employee for over ten plus years, Victaulic has been a great employer. Some of the benefits to working for Victaulic are flexible work schedule, tuition reimbursement, and varying benefit plans to meet your needs. Plus you have the satisfaction knowing that you are working for the world leader in mechanical pipe joining.

Cons

Having been an employee for over ten years I have seen a lot of changes. Most for the better, some still need to be made however. Some items that need improvement are micromanagement style of managing employees, slow career advancement with little to no career development plans and favoritism.
