Pros
Most of my colleagues were pleasant and helpful. Interesting products in a growing market.
Cons
Poor communication because of it not being a public company. External customers often advised us of new products. Some management incapable of managing people and got there by circumstance. Old school mentality and inconsistent practices across company locations. Sales was king and everything else was considered to support it at all costs.
