      Established company with good product but has management issues.

      Pros

      The product is very good and you are selling a superior product. The company spends a lot of money on training people and it is a good training program.

      Cons

      In my experience, the managers seem to be taught to treat those they manage like children. They play mind games and are constantly trying to make you think that you don't know what you're doing. I have had multiple managers and they all did the same thing. It is like they trained them to behave like that.

      Pros

      I was a summer intern and gained many skills that will help me in my future career such as communication, time-management and professionalism. Interns are given high quality real-world work experience, and there is no such thing as busy work in this company because there is so much to be done. Victaulic is a leading global company in its industry so employees gain valuable insight into how a highly developed company conducts business and moves forward. All of the employees are friendly and there are a lot of interns so you can make friends and enjoy the positive work atmosphere.

      Cons

      I recommend more opportunities for interns to experience a wider variety of work in different areas of their department or in different departments overall. This would be beneficial to interns that are still exploring career options and want to gain experience in different fields.
