      Pros

      I worked at victaulic for 4 years during which time I was able to gain good work experience but this is highly dependent on your manager. I worked in several different roles and projects. They are a leader in the industry with interesting products. It is a good place to work.

      Cons

      The company is not very progressive - very conservative culture. They have a dress code at the headquarters and did not support telecommuting. Pay is on the lower end of the scale.
