Selling an industry leading product, competent and genuine people managing the sales teams, good freedom and good perks

Cons

Commission structure is hit and miss and can be hard to make lots of $$$ even when you hit quota

Pros

Brand new truck every 3-4 years, with all expenses such as gas, insurance, tolls, maintenance, etc covered. Solid base salary. Great product that most, if not all, people are at least aware of in the industry. Very good health benefits.

Cons

Most expensive product in its class. Culture is a bit weird. Very difficult to consistently hit number annually. You basically have to negotiate a base salary you can live on because you cannot count on commission.
