Excellent group of people that are intelligent, courteous, and down to earth. Never felt like there was office politics. Average salary, but excellent benefits. Great opportunities.

Cons

If it is your first job out of school, you won't know how good it is.

The employees are very nice. Depending on your manager, you'd have a lot of project choices. Some of the managers are friendly.

Cons

Doesn't pay that much. I believe they make a lot of money but wouldn't pay enough to their workers. They are always focused on manufacturing pipe couplings which means you'd be doing one thing the whole time.
