Great work environment, continuing growth and endless opportunities. Like any job, you have to work hard but the end results are always benefiting.

Cons

Victaulic, having a premium product sell at a premium price. The market is very competitive and can be difficult at times to compete with competitors when they drop the price well under the bid you have for a project. Resulting in losing sales that you worked for.

Decent starting salary. Great employees who work hard and are talented. Stable company with good growth over the past decade. Tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Not enough room for growth or promotion from within. Large disparities between mid-low level employees and upper management. Poor work life balance. No work from home, flexible hours, etc.
