A sound company with reasonable management that treats their employees well. I think private companies about this size tend to make good employers.

Cons

Outstanding benefits, pension (closed), above average variable compensation,(diminishing),innovative products, research and development , expense account, quality on manufactured products.

Cons

Manage by intimidation philosophy, diminishing returns on variable compensation, dishonest management , overall culture, lack of employee retention, lack of overall valuing employees, tendency to push senior employees out
