4yThank you for the feedback and for noticing our efforts to be a more progressive and caring company. Meeting our workforce's career growth needs is one of our biggest challenges. While promotions are one example of career growth, we also believe job expansions, lateral moves, and project participation are effective strategies. Earlier this year, we introduced our first frontline leadership development program. Expanding career growth opportunities will be a significant focus area in 2022 and beyond.
