Pros

Best in class products, Innovation, & excellent resources. Training and Selling Skills exceptional Manufacturing and channels of commerce are excellent

Cons

Salaries are below average, work hours and expectations ridiculous. Constant beat down from Managers and VPs while they live by different rules and obviously incentives. Incentive Program is brutal, Bonus Pay is 2/10th of 1% on 1st 80% of sales. In other words, that number is practically zero $. Trimester bonuses are less than someone can make over a weekend at a second job which many sales have 2nd jobs to help supplement their income. Turnover is rampant and most sales are waiting and looking for better offers and other careers. This is not a culture that warrants a long term career.

Pros

Quality product, good reputation, not quick to let people go

Cons

upper management lacks sophistication, lack of clearly defined career paths, extreme lack of visibility into sales numbers, slap on the back good old boy culture among VPs, consistently changing focus, little flexibility for sales people to make decisions in their own territory

Pros

I enjoyed working with my direct co-workers and manager and liked coming to work each day because of them. Victaulic offers a good 401K program and good health insurance.

Cons

It seems to me like the company is behind about 10 years. If having the flexibility to work from home is important to you, I wouldn't suggest Victaulic. I would also say that if you're looking for true upward mobility, the only place you could really achieve that would be the corporate facility, in Easton PA.
