Pros

You work with a lot of smart and talented people. Even though the company has been around a very long time (almost 100 years) it doesn't take anything for granted and spends a lot of energy and resources on new product innovation. Victaulic genuinely cares about it's people. There appears to be an increased emphasis on investing in employees in recent years. Benefits are above average.

Cons

Promotional and development opportunities could be better. It would be nice to have a business casual dress code at corporate headquarters for non-customer facing employees.

Pros

I really enjoyed a lot of the people I worked with. Employee benefits were good. We did a lot of community outreach through non-profits. Victaulic is always innovating and bring new products to market.

Cons

Pay was not good compared to other companies in the area. Little room for women to advance, it is still very much a good ole boy company.
