      Pros

      Strong support from leads; able to bill in full for no shows; independent, contract work; clients can be motivated and wonderful

      Cons

      very silo'd and not a lot of collaboration with other RDs; inconsistent pay due to inconsistent hours

      Pros

      There’s not much to complain about. If you’re in corporate, the new management takes care of their inner circle really well. New management came in and now really turned this company around propelling growth on the back of the GLP-1 trend. THIS IS AN EXCITING TIME TO BE AT THE COMPANY!

      Cons

      Kinda sucks if you’re a clinician though. The benefit keeps getting cut and the model mostly 1099 (unless you’re in a super busy area). The accelerating profit means y’all gotta work harder. Sorry not sorry.
