Pros

Awesome place to work, great pay, free lunch. They reward hard workers.

Cons

They tend to focus on the office employees more than production. They would have parties and other activities for the staff up front and would not include the workers in the back.

Pros

- Decent pay for devs. - After 6 years, you are guaranteed 25 days of PTO (on top of holidays). - Challenging work that is interesting. - Diverse tech stacks in use; web/server tech stack, microcontroller work, protocols, GDK development, analytics, etc. There is a lot of interesting work to do here. If you are bored with web apps, this is a good change of pace. - Agile Environment. - Open office and laid back culture. - Free lunch. - Part of a global company that makes slot machine games. - Management supports career growth and will send devs to conferences.

Cons

- The release grind is very real. - Burn out is very real. - The legacy C/C++ code is very real. - Work life balance hasn't been as good as it used to be, but still isn't as bad as a lot of game companies. - Middle managers are pretty meh.
