Great technology, and knowledgeable people.

Cons

The inmates (bean counters) are running the asylum. Gotta love it when the lowest cost part is selected by procurement and the engineers are told that it has to be used.

Products offered are good but when there are technical difficulties, Technical resources are slow to get a fix on the issues and solve them.

Cons

Unreasonable sales goals and very little inside sales support. Territories are mature and expectations are unreasonable.

- Good Insurance - Good Product and market segment - Nice office location and plenty of parking

Cons

- Sr Management is all about bonuses and hitting personal targets; even if it means stepping on or over anyone else. - No clear path to promotion and favoritism is rampant. - Many managers or exec are on the look for quick successes, in order to stand out and get a nicer position and more $$$ at another affiliate.
