      A stable Danaher Subsidiary, compensation average to similar industries but not anything extraordinary.

      Cons

      Little to no employee appreciation it is all about generating profits to the mother ship

      Pros

      The best reason I found to work at Videojet was to learn the Danaher Business System and practice applying to daily work.

      Cons

      The lean initiative was used as a club rather than a tool to help people grow and understand the business so they could become the problem solvers. Promotions were very political and it became worse the further you ascended in the organization.
