      Company paid car and great benefits

      Cons

      Horrible culture, lazy employees, they pay the people the most money that do absolutely nothing. Don’t believe the bonus system. You can sell a quarter million dollars in equipment and get 3% bonus.

      Interesting work, interaction with a wide variety of people. Opportunity to advance if you are willing to put in the work.

      "Do more with less" is becoming the norm. Senior leadership retention is poor, resulting in disjointed policy deployment.
