Pros

Associated with Danaher which may allow networking (if you have good managers that are secure in themselves)

Cons

Some observations: - Gave me anxiety and headaches daily. Keep away if you want to be healthy and have job/thrive. Some people literally will gaslight and bully you. - No career progress if you don't suck up to cliques of people that have co-existed in this cess-pool for 7-10 years. These managers who have stayed in this company for years bring back old thinking in circles in the name of innovation. - In one of the Return to work meetings, one HR executive said that "everyone should return to office similar to pre-covid days unless they have negotiated work from anywhere as she had before she took the offer". She added that she could work 3+ months from another state because she had it in her contract. Talk about being out of touch with normal people - Attrition is high - ask them about their numbers. They try to not count everyone (calling some resignations as "non-regrettable attrition") possibly to keep numbers low.

Pros

The work is varied and less hectic.

Cons

The work environment is very toxic. people of colour are never given the opportunity to grow into higher positions. There is also a legal gossip culture in the company. The company doesn’t care for their employees but pretend to do so. The bosses are manipulative and tend to bully new employees. I wanted a long term job which I mentioned to them at the interview and a few months in I was fired without any notice for no good reason saying they can’t afford to pay salaries. I regret working with this company. I was told about this toxic nature of the work place by ex employees of the company but I ignored and went ahead and took the now. Now I’m regretting!!!
