"Do more with less" is becoming the norm. Senior leadership retention is poor, resulting in disjointed policy deployment.

Probably my worst decision in life was to join Videojet. No ethics is followed in ground level. The mid management is worst and leadership team diverts real issue and hide it from global team. There is always a race inside company. A credit card selling company is better than VJ. The culture has gone down day by day.
