Pros

Company expects its employees to make miracles with out training them or guiding them in proper way. Company expects a lot from its employee and in return will not give anything back.

Cons

While entering the company they will ask all previous documents and do verification, but when we leave the so called Videojet they don't bother to provide you the relieving letter on time or they would never even provide the relieving letter. I left Videojet three years back and still I haven't received the relieving letter. Every time when I fallow up they give some stories. Literally this company is playing with the careers of employees. HR is just worst..........

Bad experience

Pros

Timely salary, Good benefits, standard product

Cons

I found survival there was like you fight the monsters. Highest level of politics and people there to pull you down. Total trust deficit. In fact, I feel I wasted my 8 years of my life working for that organization.

Fired for Speaking up

Pros

It could be a great company (and to some it probably is) but it needs better middle, regional management. If you are a packaging person you will interact with all possible types and substrates.

Cons

I was fired by a poor and unsupportive manager just after I had filed a Speak-up case against him for misconduct. HR who was supposed to investigate went straight to his superior (out of naiveness or stupidity). Soon afer I was quiet fired with a package and an agreement to prevent a lawsuit. Even though company promotes Speaking up in fact you may be fired if you don't have a strong back-up internally so be careful! Too many managers who have no packaging background / no interest, don't care about the work, have no passion for packaging and are interested only in Excel - sad.
