      The company doesn’t care about their employees. They wake up and fire people randomly with no explanation

      The work is varied and less hectic.

      Cons

      The work environment is very toxic. people of colour are never given the opportunity to grow into higher positions. There is also a legal gossip culture in the company. The company doesn’t care for their employees but pretend to do so. The bosses are manipulative and tend to bully new employees. I wanted a long term job which I mentioned to them at the interview and a few months in I was fired without any notice for no good reason saying they can’t afford to pay salaries. I regret working with this company. I was told about this toxic nature of the work place by ex employees of the company but I ignored and went ahead and took the now. Now I’m regretting!!!

      if you thrive in an environment with lots of policies and bureaucracy this company is the perfect match.

      Cons

      HR is obsessed with designing standards for all sorts of procedures nobody really needs. In the meantime business needs are ignored. People do not feel safe and have no trust in HR function.
