Pros

Cutting Edge. One of the few companies on the east coast that has a work culture similar to Silicon Valley. Offer a good compensation.

Cons

Benefits could be better. The Senior Management including Engineering needs to do some retrospection to improve.

Friendly and laidback culture where people support each other, everyone discusses issues thoughtfully and respectfully even when they disagree, solid development work gets done, Happy Hours with plenty of beer, pretty good health insurance

Cons

Culture almost too laidback sometimes, lower-tier employees get some tedious work to do, pay raises aren't that great
