Benefits, management, time off, flexibility, care for employees I would not recommend this company to anyone, keep looking you will find a better opportunity. Management & supervisors only care about the company & making money. They do not have any care or empathy for their employees. My boss was constantly on their phone & Apple Watch every time it went off, even during one on one meetings. It seriously shows a disconnect with your employees & not giving them 5 min of your attention to explain and or talk about anything. I had tested positive for covid & the next day my boss asked me if I was able to work remote… I don’t think this question should be asked no matter what, I thought this was bit a ridiculous & an example how much management cares for the company & not it’s employees. The company preaches they really care for their values, I would say none of them are for the benefit of the employee. The company & managers are very old school & their is no flexibility. The position is very excel heavy, multiple spreadsheets & not a very well organized position other then what I implemented for what I could do. The position also uses JD Edwards but the company does not utilize to it’s potential. Therefore making the position work harder not smarter by using a ridiculous amount of excel spreadsheets & not using a project management software system. Don’t bother, look for a company that values their employees and offers better benefits.
