Pros

1. Ideal for coasting into retirement. 2. Free coffee and milk, and all vending machine items are only NT$10. 3. The office is decorated with plenty of artwork.

Cons

1. Low salary. 2. Incompetent management that cares only about political infighting. 3. If you are highly capable, you will either be seen as a thorn in their side, or end up doing more work than others while getting paid less.

Pros

Wonderful and efficient working environment. The company provide a height-adjustable desk and FE developer has a brand new mac book pro and 2 monitors for development. Many activities and technical sharing. I not only broaden my horizons and also enrich my knowledge. Other than writing codes, I also learned many different fields

Cons

Need onsite, can not work from home. However, if there are some special cases, employees can apply WFH.
