- The latest shift to trying to take a consumer adoption approach to enterprise software (product led development) is not going well... - Reorged but not including any of the other Trimble Biz Units under the Construction segment into account - no real collaboration to achieve soup to nuts of construction - have 4 - 20+ year old software solutions and no plans on how to move to next generation capabilities & solutions - Spread too thin - not enough investment to drive innovation and real solutions
