Pros

NIL trust me absolutely NIL

Cons

They don't pay salary in time they give it on the 10th day of the month. They have no limit to your notice period. If you end up arguing with them they will give you negative feedback. If you are a north Indian think twice before joining in here. They have a very closed culture and they don't mix up how friendly you are in nature.

Pros

They give you promotions just to give you that high , as they have nothing else to give. Just the COO is one person you can at times speak to.

Cons

1) you get paid in peanuts 2) Top management has absolutely no professionalism. 3) they would make you literally beg for your relieving letter, they don't relieve for months together. 4) They don't give hikes. 5) No holidays on Saturday , although its not official but they make sure you slog on Saturdays too. 6) the company is full of politics.
