Pros
Free food at the end of shift. I was also offered management very early so if i wanted an egregious amount of responsibility then i was able to grow, although the work/labor balance definitely leaned to the latter once you take that initial promotion.
Cons
Your title there is subjective in the sense that as a cashier you'll also be stocking shelves and helping with the truck if you're a male. a lot of gossip a lot of knit-picking
